Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Locations

Currently, LifeGrace ships across Pakistan.

  • Nationwide delivery is available to major cities and most remote areas.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location and courier service availability:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities / Remote Areas: 3–6 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Any promotional offers such as free shipping will be shown during checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
  • You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment status with our courier partner.

Failed or Delayed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, the courier may attempt re-delivery.
  • Delays caused by courier services are beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the package/item.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution as per our policy.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of checkout. LifeGrace is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
